I am running the Windows 95 RTM on my Packard Bell Legend 812CD. I used its Master CD and Restore Diskette. However, I want to upgrade it to Windows 95 B, so I could get FAT32 and USB support. However, after installing Windows 95 B, I get the blue screen you usually see when installing Windows 95. I always get a program error stating:
Your program is making an invalid dynamic line call to a .DLL file.
I tried the later versions of WIN95 discs I have from August 96 and May 97. I followed the instructions of the two YouTube videos that cover this. I could install the Master CD on its own or Windows 95 B on its own, but I prefer to keep the Packard Bell install rather than to install the Packard Bell software individually afterwards.
