Intel 4004 registers and information

I have been attempting to build an Intel 4004 compatible cpu in minecraft, although I am not entirely sure about all of the registers the chip had, and what each register stores (also, what parts of the cpu the registers could be read/written from. I am a bit new to this sort of work, so please bear with me.
