"Fake your way through minis and mainframes" book available from author Bob Ducharme
Here's the full book in pdf. I guess it was originally published as "The Operating System Handbook". He has it seperated by chapter as well since he seems to cover operating systems by section. Just happened to come across it while searching for AS/400 and OS/400 stuff for the other post. Looks like he covers unix, mvs, vms, and os400 in his chapters which I thought could be pretty cool read for those with servers but no experience with how to admin them.
