In my course of trying to find a maintenance manual for my dead SR-56, I found documentation on almost every other old TI calculator out there:

Note, in the above link there is a maintenance manual for a SR-50. The inside of my SR-56 is almost the same; I suspect the differences are just minor hardware revisions and mostly differ in their software and memory capacity.
