HIghland Warriors Save Issue

Hi Guys,
Anyone play Highland Warriors? I have tried to use the "SAVE GAME" and while the game says it is creating the save file, nothing ever gets saved. I do not see the disk light come on so I'm guessing nothing happened. There is no error and all appears as if the save was successful. Any help?

Hi Tom,
I looked around yesterday for a patch and found this one also. I click on the download button but nothing happens - maybe it's because I am still on Win XP and Firefox. I did find the file on another site and downloaded it so I will be able to try it some time today once I move it to the machine with the game.

The patch looks to have resolved the save game issue, as well as completely changing the intro sequence. It is amazing that anything can make it into production with such a glaring error as the save function not working.

I did notice that I when I resumed a saved game the mini map was just a bundle of colors. I guess this game has a lot of errors.
