I've got a 4MB memory card for a Toshiba T1000LE/T2000SX/T2000SXe/T2200SX. (PCMCIA sized with a single row of contacts)

I've also got a few cards for what I believe are older (Series 700) IBM thinkpads (credit card/PCMCIA size with two staggered rows of contacts on one end). Various sizes: one 8MB, 2x2MB and one 4MB 3.3v.

These are NOS that came with some other stuff that I needed.

Take one, take all--make an offer--at a minimum I do want shipping paid.
