I'd suggest SpyCop (www.spycop.com) or something like it to see what you might have gumming up the works. After that, defrag your HD and see if that improves anything. You can also see about removing startup/system tray applications to free up some more memory and resources. Best of luck! Erik

Its for the paranoid around us I tried it and had no probs, but it'll be probably overkill...
