TYAN 486VL EISA motherboard (S1437?????)

I am looking for an EISA motherboard made by Tyan called "486VL EISA". It's a baby AT formfactor motherboard, and may infact be a V2.0 of the full size AT Tyan S1437. I am currently using a TMC PET48PM, and I am not satisfied with it because it only supports 64MB of memory and my voltage regulator does not fit properly into the socket. I may be interested in other EISA motherboards so long as they have the following:

-at least 8 30pin SIMM sockets
-Baby AT Formfactor
-at least one VESA slot
-AMI BIOS
