In the Program Manager: File -> New. You may need to make a PIF (using the PIF Editor tool) in order to set up how much memory your game needs and to get it to play nice with other apps which may be running at the same time.
Thanks. I am running this on a PIII with 700 some odd megs of ram. Some of the games give me memory errors, I think maybe there is too much. Maybe that will help with that.

I'm pretty sure that 4MB was standard for Win3.1 and 8MB was considered to be optimal. I don't know how much 3.1 could address but I just got a "new" 486 Toshiba laptop and it can only accommodate a maximum of 20MB.
