I have been collecting vintage computers and consoles for 5 years. Primary focus on the Sincalir and Spectravideo range for nostalgic reasons. My first computer was a Spectravideo 328. Awesome computer. It was similar to the MSX range. Such a pity the standard did not take off. Due to lack of games I moved to the Sinclair Spectrum. Although the Commodore 64 was popular with friends I stuck by my Speccy and still believe it is the first GREAT gaming computer.
I visit pawn shops, garage sales and auctions to buy my stuff. Have a large collection but need to still make up an item listing by Make. Collection includes Sinclair ZX80 one of the 1st real computers and Magnavox Odyssey one of the 1st consoles.
Although it takes up space it is a great inexpensive hobby.
