-Downsizing the number of monitors I have, so I'm going to use my amber monitor with my IBM XT clone. Only problem is that I don't have a composite/monochrome/"video card that uses the rca jacks" to use with it.
Edit: I think CGA cards came with a composite mode, so one of those might work.

-Still looking for an extender card for the XT clone to link to the 5161 expansion unit.

-Also looking for any IIe games

Not sure what you mean by "composite/monochrome/" ? CGA? ATI GS?

Just the card or do you also need the cable?

The monitor takes a composite video input and I've used it some with my Apple IIe and even hooked my NES up to it. I'm not sure what the format is but I think CGA cards with RCA jacks might work.

Both would be great, but if it comes down to it I'll just make a cable (don't really want to spend $30 on a site I've never used).
