FX Deko-what to do with one of these?

I'm getting a FXDeko (II?) system in parts, everything except the TV cards (but those are around $15,000, so who would blame the person for keeping them?). He said he has the case, power supply, motherboard, processors and some other small parts. From what I understand it's a 4u system, a Tyan Dual Pentium III motherboard with support for 1 gig ram max and all the back connections are obtained from extention cables inside the case that connect to the motherboard. He also said he has PostDeko somewhere that came with this.

Now, the thing is I have no idea what in the heck one of these are designed to do. Does anyone have any idea?
