I've got a untested Intel Above Board 286/XT with 2mb of ram (64 256k drams).
It can be used in a XT with a jumper shunt installed into u111.
I only have a Tandy 1000sx, so I can't test it. (It's way too long to install.... dang it.)

How about 30.00 + shipping from Chattanooga, TN.
