AT PSU voltage switch

Just out of curiousity (and planning for a possible future purchase), how easy or difficult is it to convert an early IBM power supply (XT/AT) from 110V to 220V?

Is it as simple as replacing 120V components with 250V components and switching out the transformer on the high voltage section that hangs off the back?
Leaving the main part of the PSU untouched?

I'm not doing this modification now, just want to know if it's worth importing a PSU and converting it or not.

bah, nevermind, just found out the PSU I was looking at has a 220/110V switch on the back anyway, couldn't delete original post :/
