Restoring my first computer Gateway P4D-66

I still have the original case to my first PC but I'm missing a few parts since it has been through many upgrades over the years. Does anyone know what the part# is for the motherboard that was used? From the search data I'm getting BAT486IP. Does that sound about right. I also need a case cover. By chance anyone know where I could fetch one at?

I have the Tower version of that desktop PC. It is currently running Windows 95 Plus! Do you still need the part num. from the mobo?
