We have a large selection of computer items and we are looking to sell them off.we used to be a Radio Shack distributor and would like to get rid of it and sell it off to someone who would give it a good home.was wondering best way to do it on here.through the for sale ads or the auction style marketplace.thanks Harold

I would start by compiling a list of what you have, and listing it in the "for sale" section of this forum. Forum members can then send you private messages to work out deals. With the remainder of what you have left after that process, I would list in this forum's auction/marketplace.

Either or but as Trixter said a list would be great. From there you could set prices or load up the marketplace and let us know (or even go ebay if that floats your boat but keep in mind the fees on smaller purchases and the fees to get your money out of paypal can sometimes outweigh any profit on >$5 sales).

Sounds like some fun stuff for sure though!

My recommendation would be to catalog: description, complete/incomplete, part # and then to photograph. That usually makes sales a lot easier. Good luck! :D

You've got me sitting in pins and needles waiting to hear what sorts of Tandy/Radio Shack goodies are out there... :)

Dibs on a tandy 1000 rl or rsx and a tandy 2000 if you've got them

The person is free to sell to whomever they want. "Dibs" means nothing in the real world. While it lets people know you are interested in those particular machines, your best approach is to send a private message and not clutter the thread.
