What's this?

My first guess was an Apple II clone board.. but it's missing slots, and I'm not clear on what it plugs into or where it gets power.

Based on the connectors and general look I would first guess it's from arcade hardware, although I could be wrong.

I know someone who knows about arcade stuff so I'll ask them if they have any ideas.

I would go for some sort of controller board out of a terminal of some sort?

At seems to have three off 25-pin D connectors and some dip switches on one edge of the board. I can't see if there is a controller chip of some sort on there though.
