I've decided to give up restoring (Floppy and HDD are not working anymore) my second 5160, and to take it apart and scrap the case.

This means I have at least the following parts available (that work):

- PSU
- Mainboard /w 256Kb
- Floppy controller
- HDD Controller
- Hercules Card

I can look what versions they are or make a picture if anybody is interested.

PSU would be interesting... but shipping.

Maybe you can give me www adres of postal service in Netherlands?
Or just tell me how much shipping will be.

Pictures are of public interest. Shipping quotes to specific addresses are not. Remember to use private messages where appropriate.

The above are general shipping costs. Pictures follow when I can find some time.

I understand that shipping charges are in general, but I want to ensure that nobody else asks "How much is shipping" to a specific country as there are 156 or so possible countries to ship to.

It seems you can send economy parcels with TPG to only 91 countries. :p For anyone else who failed to find USA, look for Verenigde Staten.

@mrbrutman: yes, I understood, just wasn't sure if everyone could read Dutch ;).
Last time I tried to send an economy parcel with them they told me 'oh, sorry, but we don't offer that service anymore'.
As I live close to the border, I also have the possibility to use a German post office, but prices are not all that different (unless it goes to Germany, obviously..).
I travel to the US a couple of times a year, so theoretically I could take something- but I am a bit weary of taking strange electronic components in my hand luggage nowadays, lets say it might lead to some delays..

Mainboard I don't have a pic yet, but it has 256K.

Small correction - that is not a Hercules card. That's just the standard IBM monochrome adapter, which does not have any graphics capability.

Woops, thats right, I mixed them up- now I hope its the correct picture.

FWIW I also have one or two spare CGA cards somewhere.

I see HERCULES on the card... so it isn't IBM one ;).

Of you have put wrong picture?
