For christmas of 1989, when I had just turned 5 years old, I received a Tandy 1000TL for christmas. It had a 20MB Hard Drive, 3.5 and 5.25 Floppy Drive, A Modem, and was maxed out on ram around 640k + 128k. I kid you not, I kept this machine and used it almost daily until December 9th 2014. On that date my then-current landlord entered my apartment without consent and vandalized the machine beyond recovery. It's a long story why he did this but its basically because he did not like me having so many computers and thought I would start a fire. At one point I had told him I'm not getting rid of anything especially my Tandy, it means the world to me. I sued him in civil court and won a judgment of $2,000, but that basically paid for my moving expenses. I live in a much smaller place now and as some of you have noticed, I am selling off some of my vintage collection. I'm not really asking for anything for free here, just if anyone has a Tandy 1000TL in this configuration, with a 20mb hard drive and it all still works and is most of all clean, I would like to trade my G4. Dont worry about shipping, I can provide you as many UPS labels as you need. I can even have UPS come pick it up for you if you like, all you must do is pack it and print the label. In return I have a Dual CPU PowerMac G4, 1.42GHz, 512MB Ram, 1TB Hard Drive, and a DVD-RW / Blu-Ray Burner. It has the Radeon 9000 Graphics Card.
