I also found this:
http://support.toshiba.com/support/viewContentDetail?contentId=106807

But I can't open it under Linux (it is executable).
It is something that is run in DOS. It produces two 1.44M sized installation diskettes. Those diskettes are then used to install two things into Windows 95:
1. A special viewer; and
2. A user's guide for the T2110 and T2130, in a format that the special viewer can read.

I know, because I have just now been through the process.

It is starting something called "Crypton DOS v2.13" (I can't find it on Google):
Toshiba notebooks were supplied with Toshiba DOS.

As expected, the word "Crypton" does not appear in the user's guide.

A Google search using "Crypton DOS" reveals (translated from German): "Is a kind of DOS with the ability to all data permanently with as far as I've read it correctly DES encrypted. Well ... how should I say .. if the files are encrypted, I see no great possibility to get her back. "
