First post. I am impressed to see many vc-enthusiasts nowadays.
I am solely focused on Windows98-based builds- not so much for the purpose of gaming, but I am definitely keeping that in mind (Diablo 2 with my brother or Gunbound).
I started with Windows XP growing up, though technically it was Windows 98 (maybe) but I was too young at the time to understand much of what went on with my first pc other than recalling it "broke". Looking back, some important system files were probably deleted by accident.. huehue father.. Or a virus..
This recollection of windows 98 for me is of the "I wish I was alive in that era" struggle hence is why I must chase it now after all these years.
Sometimes it isn't entirely bad to be a decade late with this kind of stuff- unless it were some terrible disease.. knock on wood. Nice to meet you all
