Hi Everyone

Just found the Forum. Now retired but working life was split between design & manufacture of Colour Television ( back in the Days when we designed & built the here), Automatic test equipment and then Microcomputer design & manufacture. Spend my time on a variety of electronic projects ranging from Scalextric Digital to building an Enigma replica.

Reading the rules I see that I cannot send PM's until I have a certain post Count. Does any one know what the count is? As there is a piece of equipment in the for sale section that I would like to buy?

Welcome Rich!

While you cannot PM, you should be able to post a message on the sale thread letting them know your interest, and inability to PM since you are new, and maybe they can PM you first, I believe you have the ability to reply, just not send new. As for the post count, I don't know that it's a set number, I believe the mods are constantly playing with the right balance of spam protection and ease of use for real people.
