My RamWorks VGA adapter should be here shortly (cleared customs on 12/9), so I'll be building my ultimate IIe system with it....

Edit: It made it to the USPS in Providence, RI today, so hopefully it will make it here by Tuesday or Wednesday....

I ordered it on November 22nd, it shipped on the 23rd.

I'm going to use a panel mount VGA extension cable, so that my //e will have a VGA port on the back panel:

I received my //e RamWorks III VGA adapter today, it works great! It also works fine with the RamWorks II card.

I have it in my Super //e system with CFFA2 (Slot 7), Apple 5.25 controller (Slot 6), Apple 3.5 controller (Slot 5), Transwarp (Slot 3), Mountain Clock (Slot 2) and RamWorks III with 2 meg expander and VGA adapter. Everything seems to be working normally.

The three foot long panel mount VGA extension I bought from Amazon works, but blocks slot 4. I'm going to get / build an adapter plate to put it in the 25 pin cutout over the power supply instead.

I would be very interested to hear a comparison between a solid-state amplified Mockingboard and a vacuum tube amplified Mockingboard.

I'm by no means an audiophile, but I'd be happy to try it once he gets more in stock. I'd like to have at least 2 Mockingboard cards for maximum instruments. I have a v1a, just need one more, and that white one is just sweet.
