  • From now on we will require that a prefix is set for any items in the sales area. We have created regions and locations for this. We also require that you select a delivery option before posting your listing. This will hopefully help us streamline the things that get listed for sales here and help local people better advertise their items, especially for local only sales. New sales rules are also coming, so stay tuned.

Hello, My name is Dave, I'm new to the forums. I came on here doing some looking around, and decided to join. I'm looking to sell a Apple IIGS and other items that go with it.
These items have been in storage since 1990-1991. As this is about the last time these were used. I live in Michigan and obviously I have no feedback here, I do have 100% positive on Ebay (under same username) and other forums. Just ask. I do have this stuff on the bay as well, but figured I'd post them here also, at a lower price. I also have some software (games) that I haven't yet gone through, But will list when I have a chance.

I take Pay-Pal payment only and will only ship to the USA.
All sales are final and sold as-is.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact me via PM.

All prices include shipping, again to the USA only please. Pretty much firm on these prices, But I can give some what of a break on price if multiple items were wanted.

APPLE IIGS (no monitor included)

MODEL A2S6000 with power cord and two Apple disks. The disks are Apple IIGS system disk and Your tour of the Apple IIGS both 3.5 disks.

Seems to be in good working order as far as tested, Was plugged in and hooked up to a monitor (NOT INCLUDED), it booted up just fine, and worked with a floppy drive and program I ran, that is far as it was tested. Reads ROM VERSION 01 on start screen. Was also told by someone that it has some desirable cards installed CMS SCSI controller with dual cable, And the Applied Engineering GS-RAM card ?????
The case is definitely yellowing, as this seems to be quite common with these older machines as far as I have seen. Also could use a better cleaning as there is some dust and dirt from over the years.

$70.00

3.5 FLOPPY DRIVE WITH OWNERS MANUAL
SOLD!!

5.25 FLOPPY DISK DRIVE WITH OWNERS MANUAL
SOLD!!

MONITOR STAND

Monitor stand part number A2M4029
Stand is in overall good shape, It is yellowing. This I guess is missing the "angled" bottom pieces that snap on the lower part of the base, Not sure if these were optional or just missing from storage, as I did not see them. If I do come across them, I will make sure they get to the buyer of this.

$25.00

Very impressive ad, Dave! A far cry from the norm.

If I had $70 and want for another GS, I'd pick this up in a heartbeat.

Thanks Matt!
And hey, These GS's don't take up much room ;)

On another note, I guess I don't have PM privileges yet?
I can be reached at davekoz @ wowwway. com

I think you need ten posts to get PMs.

Oh I know precisely how much room they take up. :D

If I thought someone wanted one of my much-worse-condition ones I'd be more tempted. But I just can't spend $70 for anything right now :(

That was a pretty good price. Typically the SCSI card would've went for the asking price. Perhaps the ram card as well - with the daughter board, I'd guess that was one of the 4MB boards. Nice system that you had - hope that it found a good home.
