Help Me identify this Version of Windows 3.1

Hello!
A while a go I was browsing through older IBM PS/2 pc's on Ebay and there, one of them (a PS/2 286 I believe) had a distinctive version of MS-DOS 5.0 and Windows 3.1 installed on it that caught my eye and that I'd like to find if possible. Maybe someone here can help me identify it please. Thanks in advance!

Basically, the windows 3.1 main logo was splitted in two. One side had the classic IBM OS logo, and the other side the regular windows 3.1 one, very similar to the PS/2 Valuepoint IBM OEM Win 3.1 version (see pics below)

Interesting. May be a system sold by a network operations center (or large integrator ??) vendor who subcontracted to IBM for the pc hardware, and IBM installed non-retail copies of Windows as part of the installation service. I may have other versions of Windows 3 or 3.1 with custom splash screens, Everex comes to mind.

Another possibility is that IBM sold to an entire US FED agency complete systems with OS installed (os/2 or Windows) and IBM also contracted to provide phone and on site support. The IBM splash screen helps the support staff to identify which machines are part of the service .. i.e. which machines they are responsible to support under contract. Makes it easier to ID which batch of machines is under a support contract.

OR These machines could be from an IBM customer center / NYNEX office.
