Just finished fitting a new CRT from a recently acquired model III into my poorly Model II (thanks Andy).

It lives! a few adjustments and it'll be all good.

I just need to modify the mounting plate to accommodate the model III CRT pcb and I can get the lid back on.

Next job is to get it booting off a HXC and then the Lotech.

Great! I'm glad to see this swap proven to work in a real world case. This provides a nice OEM fix for many Model IIs with bad video subsystems. Given the ratio of Model IIIs to Model IIs on the market we should be good to go for awhile.
