IBM 5153 blue tint

Hello! I'm getting back into Dos PCs and have picked up an IBM 5153 from flea-bay to hook up to a tandy 1000sl. The monitor powers on fine and looks okay for about a minute and then slowly turns blue, and bluer and bluer.

Is this salvageable or junk?
