Compaq DOS 3.31?

I can't find a version of Compaq DOS v3.31, the only one I could find was the german one, so if someone could give a download link that would be appreciated.

Rules:

-English version

Sorry, but that software is probably still under copyright. If you want to buy a legitimate used version it OK to ask if anybody has one or knows of one, but just asking for a download link is pretty much jumping up and down advertising the copyright infringement.
